Last updated 4 October 2026
In short
- You sign in with Kick. TracKick never sees your Kick password.
- TracKick stores your channel’s stats, the streamers you track and, if you publish one, your collab listing.
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- Delete your TracKick account in the app at any time to remove everything TracKick stored.
Who we are
TracKick is an iPhone app for Kick streamers, published by JB Apps (“we” or “us”). We’re responsible for the personal information described in this policy. TracKick is an independent app and isn’t affiliated with Kick.

What we collect
When you sign in with Kick
You sign in through Kick with “Login with Kick”. There’s no TracKick password, and TracKick never sees your Kick password. Kick shares your Kick account identifier and profile details, such as your username and profile picture, and lets TracKick read your channel’s information. The sign-in tokens that keep you signed in are stored in your iPhone’s Keychain.
About your channel
- Follower, subscriber and viewer counts, saved every day, plus your live status, stream titles, categories and uptime.
- Activity on your channel that powers your alerts and live dashboard, such as new subscriptions, gifted subscriptions, Kicks and reward redemptions. This can include the Kick usernames of the viewers involved, for example in your top gifters list.
About streamers you track
- The list of channels you track.
- Public information about those channels from Kick: live status, viewers, followers, stream titles and categories, and past broadcasts with their start and end times and peak viewers.
Your collab listing
Only if you choose to publish one: what you write about yourself, the games you play, when you usually stream, your language, your follower count and the contact links you add (such as Instagram, X, YouTube, Discord, TikTok or Facebook). We also keep reports made about listings, and the listings you choose to hide.
Alerts
The alerts you turn on for each channel, the device token Apple provides so we can send notifications to your iPhone, and a 30-day history of the alerts you’ve received.
Premium
If you subscribe, Apple handles the payment and we never receive your card or payment details. We receive your subscription status, through Apple and RevenueCat, so we know which features to turn on.
How we use it
- To run TracKick’s features: your dashboard, daily history, best times, tracked streamers, widgets, alerts and the collab hub.
- To write AI summaries for Premium subscribers, from the stats and streaming schedules TracKick already holds.
- To manage your Premium subscription.
- To keep the collab hub safe, including reviewing reports.
- To reply when you contact us.
- To keep TracKick secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations.
If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on these legal bases: to provide the app you asked for (contract); our legitimate interests in keeping TracKick secure and the collab hub safe; your consent for notifications and for publishing a collab listing, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with the law.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Other TracKick users can see your collab listing, if you publish one.
- Kick, which TracKick connects to so you can sign in and so it can read channel information. Kick’s own privacy policy covers your Kick account.
- Apple, which processes payments and delivers notifications.
- RevenueCat, which manages Premium subscription status for us.
- Service providers that host and run TracKick’s servers for us, under contracts that limit how they can use your information.
How long we keep it
- We keep your information for as long as your TracKick account exists.
- Alert history is kept for 30 days.
- Disconnect Kick account in the app ends TracKick’s access to your Kick account.
- Delete TracKick account in the app permanently removes everything TracKick stored: tracked streamers, history and collab listing. Your Kick account isn’t affected.
- Apple and RevenueCat keep purchase records under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
- Choose which alerts you get for each channel in the app, or turn notifications off in your iPhone’s Settings.
- Disconnect your Kick account or delete your TracKick account at any time.
Children
TracKick isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
Your sign-in tokens are stored in your iPhone’s Keychain. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no service can guarantee complete security.
International transfers
TracKick’s servers and service providers may be in a different country from you. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll also give notice in the app or on this page. Our Terms of Use explain the rules for using TracKick.
